Beautiful! Here's Britney Spears arriving on the red carpet for Nickolodean's Kids' Choice Awards from 2003. Brit is wearing this cute mini-skirt outfit and a garter belt on her right arm. You can't see them in this picture but she was also wearing cowboy boots. We'll just call this another outfit that only someone as beautiful as Britney could pull off! Love you, Brit!!!
